St Thomas Aquinas Regional School is seeking joyful Catholic teachers and staff who feel called by God and are qualified to serve in the following roles for the 2026-2027 school year: 4th and or 5th Grade Teachers.  Applicants should be skilled in evangelization, differentiation, and inspiring students to reach high expectations teaching with clarity and creativity through hands-on lessons. Applicants should have a contagious love for learning and for the Lord, along with structured classroom procedures, and the skill to keep students engaged and challenged according to their unique gifts and needs. Applicants must hold a VA or VCEA teaching license or be working towards licensure. St. Thomas Aquinas Regional School was founded in 1977 and is administered and staffed by the religious community of the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia and a lay faculty. It serves over 520 students from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade and three Arlington Diocese parishes: Our Lady of Angels, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton and Sacred Heart. It has a diverse student body with over 20 percent of the students speaking one of 17 secondary languages.
