Overview
Immaculata Classical Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and joyful grade school art teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The art teacher is responsible for once-a-week art classes for grades 2-6. Candidates must love sacred and classical art, have knowledge of art history and/or desire to teach timeless and traditional methods in an engaging manner to a variety of abilities. A willingness to be trained in the Atelier method is beneficial.
The ideal candidate is a joyful, faithful Catholic who is passionate about educating children in the Catholic liberal arts tradition and committed to academic excellence. A collegial and collaborative attitude and the ability to teach and manage a class that may include children with special needs is a must. An undergraduate degree is required and teaching experience is preferred, but recent graduates are welcome to apply.
